Ningbo Yinzhou Tianzhu Copper Industries Co., Ltd specialize in nonferrous metal ( Cupronickel, Bronze/Brass, Copper and various aluminum alloy). The factory covers an area of 10560 square meters, with 8 experienced technicians, producing 3500 tons nonferrous metal casting per year.
The factory applies process of sand casting, die-casting, investment casting and gravity casting, producing big volume of extremely thin wall thickness, precise, special dimension and complicated brass and aluminum casting. Applying advanced management and advance casting technology, our products can achieve tolerance GB CT3, and surface roughness better than 1.6um which enable avoiding machining or left small amount of machining job. Our unique process makes the products without bubble, inclusion and shrinkage. Even micro structure enables all the products achieving or exceeding the National standard, military standard and unique technical standard. The solidarity of our products can achieve aviation standard I grade I. Meanwhile we can provide the inspection report of chemical property, mechanical property and radiograph.
